Following in the footsteps of her mother-in-law, the late Grace Kelly, Princess Charlene has a reputation for being a fashion-forward royal.

Well known for her effortlessly elegant and sophisticated style, the mother of two always dresses to impress during all her public engagements. 

Donned in the latest designer fashion, the Princess of Monaco is often photographed in expensive outfits and accessories, money not being an obstacle to her stylistic choices, thanks to the billion-dollar estimated net worth of the Monegasque royal family.

From her never-ending collection of winter wear to long, flowy dresses, tailored pantsuits, chic co-ords, and more, below we are taking a look at Charlene’s most iconic fashion moments.

The mother-of-two cut a striking figure in a statement orange, yellow, and pink skirt from Sara Roka, vibrant red pumps that matched her lipstick, and a sophisticated white silk wrap blouse also from Sara Roka to the Monaco E-Prix on May 4, 2025.

On April 13, 2025, the Princess wore a matching blue tailored blazer and wide-leg trouser set to the Men’s Final of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, an ATP 1000 tennis tournament.

The look was further accesorised with a statement pearl necklace and stylish cream stilettos.

On March 29, 2025, Princess Charlene and her husband Prince Albert II attended the Rose Ball. This dazzling annual event raises funds for the Princess Grace Foundation, which supports humanitarian projects that benefit children in need.

The royal opted to wear a sheer emerald-hued lace gown, reminiscent of Gothic glamour from Dolce & Gabbana (the ‘Lamé Chantilly Lace Dress’), with her blonde locks in her signature up-do.

In what is arguably one of her most chic looks of 2025, Princess Charlene wore a refined black and white Louis Vuitton coat with a cinched waistline and oversized white collar to the festivities of the Holy Virgin, Saint Patroness of Monaco.

The elegant outerwear was paired with black leather gloves, a white collar, and sophisticated black pumps from Giorgio Armani. Donning a statement red lip, and styling her hair into a smart side bun, the royal quickly stole the show on the day.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Grimaldi Forum in 2025- a congress centre, exhibitions, and cultural centre in Monaco, Princess Charlene and her husband inaugurated a 10,000 sqm extension.

For the special day, the 46-year-old wore a deep aubergine velvet jacket from Crisoni Monte-Carlo that featured double-breasted black satin buttons and matching lapels. The look was further styled with matching cigarette-style trousers also from the same brand.

The mother-of-two brought both elegance and glamour to the 2024 World Rugby Awards ceremony, which was held in Monaco on November 24.

For the event, the royal turned to favoured designer Alexander McQueen and wore a black ensemble featuring a stunning bejeweled bustier that was paired with a simple black clutch and a tailored blazer.

If there’s one thing that the Monegasque royal knows how to do, it’s colour co-ordinate!

As she attended a ceremony marking the National Day of Monaco (also known as ‘The Sovereign Prince’s Day), Princess Charlene wore a lilac pastel pantsuit featuring a long-sleeve crewneck jacket with two offset silver buttons.

Her look was completed by a fun lilac fascinator, and supportive black pumps.

The husband and wife duo looked incredibly regal as they posed on the red carpet of the 2024 Gala evening at Grimaldi Forum during the Monaco National Day on November 19.

Charlene wore an asymmetrical navy gown for the ritzy occasion, with one long and one clove sleeve that complimented her athletic flame.

She also layered her look with a striped red and white sash, paying homage to Monaco’s national colours.

Princess Charlene was a right royal Barbie in this pale pink outfit as she attended an event to celebrate the winners of the Charles III College student competition, which was held in partnership with The Monegasque Rugby Federation and the Princess Charlene Foundation of Monaco.

Her chic single-breasted blazer was from Crisoni, which paired perfectly with cigarette-style trousers in the same colour by the brand.

The outfit was further elevated by a fitted white shirt that was buttoned to the neck, a pair of suede pumps, and pearl earrings.

On September 7, 2024, the princess was joined by her husband Prince Albert II, and their twins Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella of Monaco at the Traditional Monaco annual picnic – the small nation’s equivalent of the garden parties held by the British royal family.

Stepping out in a striking poppy red jumpsuit in the colour of Monaco’s flag, the stylish ensemble featured an asymmetrical neckline, wide legs, and tailored silhouette.

The look was completed by dazzling 19k rose gold Coachella earrings from Parisian jeweler Vanrycke nude pointed-toe pumps from Manolo Blahnik and a cinching leather tan belt from luxury fashion house Giorgio Armani.

That same day, Charlene and her husband attended the Crossing Calvi-Monaco water bike challenge at Larvotto Beach where they opted for a more relaxed look.

Keeping with her love of jumpsuits, the princess wore a square block patterned piece from Diana von Furstenberg with flare pants and a high neckline, paired with stylish Louis Vuitton Casino Sunglasses.

In the hours leading up to the Opening Ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the royals walked a red carpet together where Princess Charlene stole the show!

With a fun silver holographic capucine mini bag from Louis Vuitton that paired perfectly with her silver pumps and custom cream jumpsuit also from the luxury fashion house she was a vision.

Alongside several other members of European royalty, Prince Albert and Princess Charlene attended a dinner hosted by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) at the Louvre to celebrate the impending Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

For the elite occasion, the princess wore her signature style which consisted of tailored black trousers, black pumps, and a simple top with an oversized rosette on her left shoulder.

On July 19, 2024, the blonde beauty wore an elegant off-the-shoulder bespoke Louis Vuitton gown to the 75th annual Monaco Red Cross Ball.

The look was accessorised with a minaudiere bijou clutch (also by LV) and yellow diamond earrings from luxury jeweller Graff.

Only a day earlier Charlene stepped out in this fun number as she attended the ‘La flamme Olympique au fil des temps’ exhibition in Monaco, which features 40 Olympic torches from Prince Albert II’s private collection.

Not known to shy away from a jumpsuit moment, the royal opted into wearing this red hot design from favourite label Ellie Saab that featured flared legs and a touch of glamour with the brooch-like embellishment at the centre of the bodice.

It’s safe to say that when it comes to personal style, Princess Charlene favours wearing jumpsuits – and her appearance at a tribute evening to Pierre de Coubertin and the creation of the modern Olympic Games at Sorbonne University in Parison on June 23rd was no exception.

The stylish black jumpsuit from Elie Saab featured a nipped-in waistline, wide-leg pants, and a sheer lace long-sleeved top with a high round neckline.

The princess was a vision in red as she stepped out with her husband at the annual Gala Dinner for the F1 Grand Prix of Monaco on May 26, 2024.

The billowing floor-length gown featured off-the-shoulder sleeves as well as a lattice of silver around her chest and neck.

On March 23, 2024, Princess Charlene made a surprise appearance at the Rose Ball in Monaco – an annual event that the 46-year-old hasn’t attended for a decade – where all funds raised go towards The Princess Grace Foundation. 

Established in 1982 by Prince Rainer III of Monaco, the foundation is a charity organisation that supports emerging artists in theatre, dance, and film in the form of awards, grants, scholarships, and fellowships.

For the occasion, the blonde bombshell donned a sequined dusty pink disco-inspired jumpsuit with a v-neckline and long sleeves from Elie Saab, complementing the look with a matching glittery clutch and dangling drop earrings.

To celebrate the 66th birthday of Prince Albert II, he and the Princely family met with Monaco residents. 

For the occasion, the Monogasque royal wore a cinched ribber jumper dress in grey that once again proved her sartorial prowess. 

The look was further paired with a pair of matching suede heels and pearl drop earrings.

Bracing herself against winter’s chill, the princess wore head-to-toe red (including her stilettos and beret) for the 2023 National Day celebration on November 19th, 2023.

After years of a signature blond bob, Charlene debuted her brand new brunette locks at the F1 Grand Prix on May 28, 2023. 

To better platform her latest look, the royal wore a navy Akris gown that was accented with rainbow pleats and accompanied by a pair of Prada cat eye sunglasses.
