Whip up these delicious Cajun Beef and Corn Kebabs

Best served with tzatziki, these juicy kebabs make for a delicious mid-week meal.

TIP: You will need 8 x 25cm metal skewers for this recipe. Kebabs can be made several hours ahead. Keep covered in the fridge. 

Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Boil, steam, or microwave corn until tender. Cool slightly. Cut each cob in half. 

Step 2

Cut beef into 4cm pieces. Toss beef with seasoning in a bowl. 

Step 3

Thread corn, beef, capsicum, and onion alternately onto skewers. Spray with cooking olive oil. 

Step 4

Heat a lightly oiled, barbecue grill plate over medium heat. Add skewers. Cook, turning reguarly, for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. 

Step 5

Serve kebabs with tzatziki.
