For a dessert treat, serve cookie pizza warm with ice-cream and chocolate topping.

Lightly grease a 30cm round pizza tray. If using a tray with holes over the base, place pizza tray on an oven tray lined with baking paper to prevent it sticking.
Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in small bowl of an electric mixer until pale and creamy. Add egg. Beat until combined. Add combined sifted flour and baking powder. Stir until combined. Stir in chocolate. Press evenly over prepared tray.
Cook in a preheated 180C oven for 18-20 mins, or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Transfer pizza tray to a wire rack. Cool cookie completely on tray.
To serve, loosen edge of cookie with a small, sharp knife. Slide onto a serving board. Spread Nutella over top. Decorate with berries and marshmallows.
