Even years after Sam Frost broke into showbiz as a reality TV star, she still manages to capture hearts with her girl-next-door charm. Remember when we were first introduced to the blonde beauty back in 2014?
She had just won the heart of eligible bachelor Blake Garvey on the second season of The Bachelor Australia, only for him to break up with her days after the season finale was aired. Blake went on to pursue a relationship with Louise Pillidge, second runner-up on the same season.
Sam’s stint as a reality TV fixture continued into 2015. This time, she was the one breaking hearts on the premiere season of The Bachelorette Australia. On the show, she ended up picking Sasha Mielczarek to be her partner, and continued in a relationship with him until late 2016.
Aside from these appearances on dating shows, she is also known for participating in Hell’s Kitchen, as well as hosting the breakfast show Rove and Sam.

Now, Australia’s favourite bachelorette has turned her eyes to acting; she currently plays Jasmine Delaney on Home and Away, a role that earned her the Logie Award for Most Popular New Talent last year.

Her sex appeal is undeniable, but you’d be hard-pressed to find photos of Sam Frost naked. The star has never actually gone completely nude for a photo shoot. However, she has appeared on the cover of men’s magazine Maxim twice.

The issue was released right after her star-making stint on The Bachelor. Looking back on the momentous event, Sam has expressed her regret, saying that she was not in a good frame of mind at the time of the shoot.
Her second Maxim cover, published December 2015, caused a bit of a stir when she declared that she had in fact not agreed to another shoot.
Instead, Maxim editors had heavily edited unreleased photos from her first shoot in order for the photos to look completely new. They had photoshopped the colour of her hair from blonde to brunette to match her new hairstyle, and changed the colour of her bikini.
She was even more unhappy with the changes they made to her body; they had edited her breasts to look larger and cinched her waist. She stated that she never had a problem with being a little flat-chested, and had always wanted to encourage young women to be proud of the way they look. She believes that the extensive edits made to her frame are counterproductive to her body-positive advocacy.
Despite butting heads with the publication, she landed herself on Maxim’s Hot 100 list that year, placing 4th.
