Self love is a skill many people struggle to perfect, but My Kitchen Rules Manu Feildel seems to have it down to a fine art!
The fan favourite culinary whizz shared a series of sweet Instagram selfies with wife Clarissa in honour of his 46th birthday yesterday.
Addressing his 144,000 followers on the social platform, Manu wrote: “Happy B’day to me!!! 46 year young and going strong. Best wife, best son, best daughter, best life.”
The TV chef married longterm girlfriend Clarissa in 2018. The couple are doting parents to daughter Charlee who was born in 2015.
Manu is also dad to son Jonti from his previous 12 year relationship with Ronnie Morshead.
