Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger is to be a father again at 72, with his 29-year-old ballerina girlfriend Melanie Hamrick three months pregnant.
The couple are said to be ‘over the moon’ at the news, reports British newspaper The Sun. It will be his eighth child.
The pregnancy is reported to come as a surprise – but never-married Mick has form, having sired seven children before.
‘This is great news,’ a friend told the paper. ‘It will be Mick’s eighth child and nothing fazes him. He’s been incredibly supportive.’
Bandmate Ronnie Wood, 68, became a father of twins just months ago.
