While fans applauded Lizzie’s healthy frame, her latest Instagram has some people worried that the reality TV star might have taken things too far.

Posting a picture of herself in a tight black pencil skirt and a black crop top, Lizzie’s protruding neck bones and flat stomach had fans distracted from her postive caption.

Back in July Sobinoff was accused of photoshopping images from a recent magazine photoshoot after she appeared slimmer than usual.

The MAFS alum shared photos from the Australian shoot to her Instagram page.

But not long after posting the shots, where the reality TV darling is seen smiling and posing in a blue bikini, she came under fire from fans for allegedly altering the images.

In an attempt to shut down the negative trolling, Lizzie posted a comeback to her Instagram stories.

“Someone said my in my last post was photoshopped! [sic] Um no, take a look, laughable! Yes there would [be] brightening techniques but no sweetheart,” Lizzie responded.
