With his brown eyes and soft blond hair, little Alfie Simmons-Ronco turns heads wherever he goes.
The 10-month-old bears a striking resemblance to Prince George, something his mum Fabiana only noticed when strangers started coming up to her in the street and commenting on her son.
‘At first I didn’t see it,’ she says, ‘but as the weeks have gone by I think he looks more and more like George.’
But Fabiana, who also has a five-year-old daughter, said little Alfie only started looking like George when his hair turned from black to blond.
And she admits the pair do share characteristics: ‘He is very cheeky and outgoing,’ she says.
