Home and Away star Sophie Dillman, 25, has a bikini body that makes women everywhere envious.

Now, she is spilling all her food secrets, and it certainly sounds like a diet we could get around!

โ€œMy typical day on a plate definitely depends on the day,โ€ she tells New Idea.

โ€œI try to be very healthy, but at the same time I love a wine and I love cheese. I try to eat as many greens as possible and drink as much water as possible.โ€

But, when it comes to her food weakness, she is a girl after our own heart.

โ€œChocolate,โ€ she laughs. โ€œDairy-milk is my go-to and I donโ€™t discriminate!โ€

Yep you heard right โ€“ now, pass us the cheese and chocolate!

Of course, when it comes to exercise Sophie trains hard to get in shape for the show.

โ€œI love how strong I am,โ€ she admits. โ€œI love being able to lift really heavy weights.โ€

While Sophie loves the skin sheโ€™s in, she knows how important having a positive body image is particularly having grown up with social media.

โ€œThere is so much in the media about being perfect or not being good enough and I think thatโ€™s so dangerous for anyone to be reading continually,โ€ she shares.

โ€œThereโ€™s so much photoshopping and filters. You can actually get skinny apps, which I find awful. Every woman and every person is beautiful in their own way.โ€
