Brooke Blurton just walked out of Bachelor in Paradise and our hearts are broken.

After watching the love story between Alex Nation and Brooke Blurton develop, we had high hopes that these two would end up together and walk out of Paradise a couple.
But hearts were torn in two tonight as Alex ditched Brooke, breaking her heart in the process.
As Alex picked Bill over Brooke, and the 24 year old decided that meant there was no reason to stay in Paradise.
Brooke, who also had a connection with American Alex decided the feelings just weren’t there for him, and decided it was time to leave the Alex Sandwich.
“I’m like a broken little girl right now. I’m not connecting with US Alex. There’s no spark and I’d rather walk away than lead him on,” she said in tears.
After some time thinking things through, Brooke pulled Alex Nation to one side and blindsided her with the news that she was walking out of Paradise.
“I’ve made the decision to go home, from here tonight,” Brooke says.
“What?” says Alex N, stunned.
Brooke explained that the main reason for her going on the show was to make a connection with Alex N, and if that wasn’t happening, there wasn’t much point in her sticking around.
“My heart’s like, not in it, and I feel like we’ve sort of backed off from one another because we’ve wanted to allow time for to explore whatever,” Brooke said.
“It sucks because I wanted to spend more time with you, but I know all I want for you is for you to be happy, Alex,” explained an emotional Brooke.
“Oh god, you’re gonna kill me,” Alex said, through tears.
In a final piece to camera, Brooke makes it clear that she thinks Bill is a snake. If only she’d let Alex in on her secret.
