Waking up at 3am, heart pounding felling that the world was coming to an end, unable to go back to sleep until the birds started singing.
Christine Anu has been ‘taking a walk with the black dog’ of depression since her dream marriage to teen sweetheart Simon Deutrom collapsed in June this year.
‘Like a cicada or moth caught in jar, that was me, that was how I felt,’ confides the courageous singer, actor and broadcaster, who has shed 25kg and four dress sizes through heartbreak.
