But now Hawk, born with a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia, has died .
The condition which affects about one in 2500 babies leaves a hole in the diaphragm which allows the baby’s organs to move into his chest.
Hawk’s parents wrote on their Facebook page: ‘Our hearts are saddened this morning as our sweet little man was called home to be with Jesus. He went very peacefully and we know he’s no longer suffering.’
